We offer free next day delivery on all stock item orders over £100 in value (excluding Vat) to addresses in mainland UK.
Under £50?
We charge a £10.00 delivery charge for all orders under £50
When will I receive the goods?
All our orders are sent on a next working day service that arrives by 4pm when ordered before 2pm. Any orders after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day
Can I have a morning delivery or weekend delivery?
Yes, we do offer this service, rates as follows
UK Mainland Pre 12 Noon Next Working Day – £19.95 in addition to any initial postage costs
UK Mainland Pre 10.30am Next Working Day – £24.95 in addition to any initial postage costs
Returns
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund from the point that the order was placed up until seven days after receipt of the goods.
We will offer refunds to customers that return goods they deem to be either damaged or faulty on arrival once they have contacted a member of our team. This contact must be made within seven days of delivery
All goods must be returned in full pack quantities as no refunds can be given for partial packs
Items must be returned unused and undamaged in their original packaging
We will refund your money within 7 days of your refund request or return of goods as applicable. The cost for returning the goods must be met by you.
Refunds will be made via the original payment method. Monies will be returned only to the card used for the purchase of the goods.
To request a return please send an email with your order number to returns@ecopostalpack.co.uk stating the reason for your return and we will respond within 24 hours
